The Pagantology Calendar
Well the first step is to define the liturgical calendar. The Pagantology
calendar is an even 360 days, as it should be.
Jan 1st - 5th is Intercalendary, the 5 day party at the end of the year,
and a realignment to the solar calendar. Intercalendary will be celebrated
until such time as we invent tractor beams and move the Earth's orbit
closer to Venus.
The holiest day is your birthday.
Feb 2nd is Repetitions. We celebrate the upcoming spring by eating a cheese log in the shape of a groundhog.
Feb 15th is Lupercalia
March is Spring
April 1st is Coyote, a celebration of the trickster god in all religions.
May 1st is Discardia, where we remove ourselves from mailing lists,
do spring cleaning and in general unclutter life.
Jul 15th is Bad Steele Day, which we celebrate by wearing swords and
pretending to storm the castle.
September is Extrusion, a celebration of the Pastafarian Reformation
Dec 25th is Mimic, where you co-opt one holiday from another
religion and celebrate it.
